One that realises that you have to invest today to generate revenue in the future? Or do you want an alternative where services are cut to the bone, or even abandoned totally, in pursuit of a short term profit (surplus)? In a joint press conference yesterday, Tony Abbott and Shadow Minister for Industrial Relations, Eric Abetz outlined their long awaited plan to turn Australia into a workers paradise. The abominable member for Indi, Sophie Mirabella, has joined a growing list of her Noalition colleagues being liberal with the truth. On March 21 the Puff Adder, as she is unaffectionately known by some (I’m looking at you BK ), issued a press statement on her website claiming that the “Carbon Tax” had had an adverse effect on the bottom line of brick manufacturer Brickworks (ASX: BKW).
